The 3-Step Pet Loader is the safe way to load your pet into your vehicle. It is wider and more stable than a ramp, and ﾠthe lower angle of ascent/descent and greater traction eliminates your dog's fear of entering your vehicle. Pet Loader is sturdy yet lightweight and it folds down to a mere 7.25 inches for easy portability and storage. The 18-inch-wide platform is recommended if you have a large breed of dog such as a mastiff.

Measure your vehicle from the pavement to where your pet will enter the vehicle such as the vehicle's floor, seat, or truck bed. The 3-Step Pet Loader is recommended for vehicle entrances that are 16 to 20 inches in height.

12-inch-wide platform model is aluminum and weighs 12 lbs.
16-inch-wide platform model is aluminum and weighs 15 lbs.
18-inch-wide platform model is ABS plastic and weighs 23 lbs.

Our concern for building a quality dog steps is backed by our warranty. We warrant our stairs for a period of one year from the date of purchase to repair or replace, at our option, any part defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty specifically excludes any labor incurred for replacement. We disclaim liability for any customer alterations, repairs or assembly, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from misuse or abuse. The purchaser is responsible for choosing a structure appropriate for the intended use. Routine inspections and preventative maintenance are the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure a hazard free product. This warranty excludes any incidental and consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. We reserve the right to improve, alter, or discontinue specifications and designs without notice.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.
