We purchased two of the 24" for an upcoming move to Florida with our cats. We set them up about a month before the trip for them to get use to and both cats have made them their favorite napping spots. Much better than when they "sense" we're reaching for the plastic carrier to take them to the vet and they magically dissapear! We only have to think about it and they already know - how do cats do that???

The crate is as shown & easy to set up as noted. It is a canvas material as opposed to the thin rip-stop nylon type fabric some of the cheaper crates are made from. One thing not mentioned is that the front and back on the 32" model (not sure about others), is that the ends have zippers starting at the bottom, go up and around to the bottom of the other side. It's handy if you want to fold one side in completely (and lay under the mat) to use it as a open-ended "dog house". The regular opening is a little low (considering the height of the crate making my tall dog crouch to enter), but works fine for the purpose I purchased it for (travel). The sides and front/back have flaps that easily roll up and attach with velcro tabs keeping them in place, exposing the screen and letting in fresh air. There are also velcro tabs on the flap corners that hold them down when you want. Everything fits in an included zippered canvas case which also has carrying straps sewn to it.
Overall...very pleased.

I am very pleased with this kennel. It is just as described and very easy to assemble. I especially like the long handles on the case that allow for easy carrying.
