Description

The durable Midwest Life Stages Folding Double Door Dog Crate features a versatile design with a satin black electro-coat finish on a wire mesh construction. A fully functional second door on the right-side panel is great for use in a vehicle, or when you have more space side-to-side than front-to-back. Both doors are equipped with slide bold latches for maximum security. An adjustable divider panel allows you to create the living area most comfortable for your pet. This dog crate boasts rounded corners on the door and panels for added safety for your pet. This portable crate folds and features plastic carrying handles for easy transportation and storage. A removable composite plastic pan makes cleaning a snap.

I really toiled over getting accurate measurements for the purchase of a crate that would fit into the back of my Nissan Rogue for my Service Dog, a small standard Aussie. It's not easy finding one narrow enough to fit AND comfortably accomodate him, but this one fit the bill. Added interlocking pads (cut to fit from [...]) to the tray to keep Fido from sliding, and we were good to go! It IS as advertised; the dual doors are great; love the divider. Assembly for a fold out is easy for the experienced, otherwise, read the directions to get the top just right. I would strongly recommend this product.

Good size, latches don't slide easily

This is a great size for the back of an SUV, which is how I use them. I can easily get 4 in the back of my Armada.

The only downside is the sides don't always match up perfectly, making it a little difficult to latch the doors without pulling up or pushing down on the front piece. This may get better as the crate ages and settles, but at this point it appears to be more cheaply made than my other wire crates where the pieces slide easily and without effort. I ordered four crates and this is an issue with all of them, but just the front doors - the side doors slide easily.

    We bought 2 of these crates. We wanted our pups to be comfortable when going to bed at night and these crates worked out nicely. Easy to assemble and spacious enough that they both walked right in and laid down. Keep in mind these are two pups that have never been crated. They are 3 and 6 yrs old. Would definitely recommend.

      We use this to crate our 6 year old dog at night to alleviate accidents that were starting to occur. We bought the large to make it roomy for him, and he has no trouble using it. The crate is very durable and safe. So far, success!
