      Like I said this is a great 3 in 1 Stroller for the price. It is very easy to assemble. It is also simple to handle and fold when needing to get in out of a vehicle. The only con I have is the cup holder. It is pretty useless. Walking the city streets with any hot or cold beverage you will be more than likely wearing it or perhaps spilling it on your pet.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        I searched all over for a 3 in 1 carrier for my 12lb dog. this was by far the best for the money. I am very happy with my purchase but wish the cup holder could be used as a cup holder. One bump on NYC streets and your drink goes flying out of there. I love that the stroller collapses when Boarding a crowded bus. at which point I use it as a carrier.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          I use this for my 5 cats when I take them to the vet. It breaks down fairly easily and fits in the car. I searched the internet for hours trying to find something that would let you detach the carrier and break down the stroller and this was the only one that would. If I could change anything it would be to add some small handles to let you pick up the carrier with the pet inside when you put it on the stroller part. All the girls at the Vet's asked for a link to find this carrier/stroller online.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

            I ordered this for my cat. I assembled the carrier, put my cat in it, zipped it up and left the room. Within 2 minutes my cat was able to get out of the carrier as it does not lock securely. This product is totally worthless for a cat or a dog that does not want to be in it.

            Now I cannot unassemble the carrier to send it back. I spent 45 minutes and could only manage to take 1 wheel off.

            Hayneedle customer service has been totally unhelpful, basically letting me know it's my problem to get it back to Hayneedle.

            I rated the product 1 star because the system made me rate it. I wouldn't give it any stars.

            I would not recommend this product to any one that cares about their pet.

            I would not recommend Hayneedle to anyone that cares about good products with good customer service.

            I will never buy anything from Hayneedle ever again.

            Service and delivery comments:

            Customer service was not helpful in any way.

            I want to return this product. Its impossible to take it apart so I cannot put it back into the box to ship it back. Customer service basically let me know it was my problem, not theirs.

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

            Some people are suprised when they expect to see a small dog and see my forked tounged friend looking back at them!
